I can't believe it. Just when I was wishing for a taste of home, my roller derby cousin from Austin, Miss Olivia Shootin' John, surprised me with tickets to watch her team battle the Derby Liberation Front roller girls in Seattle next Saturday.
Her real name is Margaret & we've spent many Texas summers together. I can't wait!
