byron bay

After four trips to Noosa we decided it was time to check out a place referred to as the "hippie Noosa"-Byron Bay, where everything is easy. We were really excited as well because our new board was waiting for us in Byron Bay, which made the outbound trip relatively hassle free with only one 5'8'' fish to pack. We generally bring a longboard and a shortboard on our trips and share, but I still need to work on the sharing bit. I am hooked on the easy going longboard. Lily has to beg for her turn. Also after struggling for five to ten minutes trying to paddle the fish, let alone catch a wave, I am whining to get the log back. Lily is too good to me!!!
We had a wonderful time in Byron Bay and cannot wait to return, although we are now indecisive where we want to be in a year or two-Noosa or Byron Bay???
